Do you accept small repair jobs?
Yes. The first step is to tell us what needs attention. We will advise whether the job can be handled as a standalone repair or is better grouped with other work.
Can I send photos before arranging a visit?
Yes. Photos, short videos and the property location help us understand the issue before deciding whether a site assessment is required.
Do you provide a quotation?
Yes. A quotation is prepared once there is enough information to define the work responsibly. Depending on the project, it can set out the scope, quantities or allowances, payment stages, indicative programme, exclusions and key commercial terms. Some work may require a site assessment first.

For applicable renovation projects, the agreed quotation can be incorporated into a written contract covering the contract sum, payment stages, variations, timing, owner and contractor responsibilities, completion and defect-liability arrangements. The final contract is prepared for the actual project rather than copied directly from the sample below.

Yes, subject to scope. Coordinating related trades under one defined job is one of the reasons Tiang Seri exists.
Can I buy my own materials?
In many cases, yes. Material responsibility, specifications, delivery and warranty implications should be agreed before work begins.
How are additional works handled?
Work outside the agreed scope should be identified and confirmed before it is treated as additional chargeable work.
Which areas do you cover?
Initial coverage is organised around two practical hubs: Cheras / Balakong for the south-east side of Klang Valley, and Elmina / Shah Alam for the north-west side. Other Klang Valley areas may also be considered depending on the job type, scope and schedule.
